OVERVIEW

With the new Titleist 910 D2 Driver Titleist have managed to produce not only a more forgiving driver but one which will help golfers to maximize distance, accuracy and shot shaping control off of the tee. Titleist 910 Drivers deliver total performance with improvements in flight, fit, looks, feel and sound. The 460cc Titleist 910D2 driver delivers longer distance through a technologically advanced head design with a responsive, fast face insert. The patented, innovative, SureFit™ Tour, dual-angle hosel provides precise, independent loft and lie adjustments to fine tune ball flight for more accuracy and control. Titleist Driver 910D2 high performance weighting increases stability and creates a low and deep CG for medium/high launch with medium/low spin. With the introduction of their new Fast Face Insert Design and patented SureFit Tour Technology into the Titleist 910 D2 Driver, golfers will now experience a whole new level of driver performance.

TECHNOLOGY

SureFit Tour (SFT) dual-angle hosel technology enables golfers to experience the type of tour-level fitting in a driver, fairway metal or hybrid previously unavailable outside of the tour van. Titleist Driver 910D2 unique SFT dual-angle hosel allows golfers to set loft and lie independently to optimize ball flight higher or lower, and for more draw or fade for increased distance and improved shot control  and ultimately be dialed in for a precision fit. Titleist Driver 910D2 SFT hosel features a sleeve and ring, each with four settings. Titleist Driver 910D2 sleeve settings are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and the ring settings are lettered A, B, C, D. There are 16 combinations which each create a unique loft and lie combination as shown in the charts on the right. A sloped, ultra-thin crown design and on-axis rear weight screw creates a low and deep CG for increased stability and distance. Patented, innovative, dual-angle SureFit Tour (SFT) hosel technology allows you to set loft and lie independently to optimize ball flight - higher or lower, and for more draw or fade for increased distance and improved shot control. Interchangeable shaft connection and rear weight screw provide enhanced fitting options.

DESIGN

Fast face insert creates a 15% larger maximum ball speed area and improved launch and spin gradients for longer distance. Titleist Driver 910D2 features a chemically milled, 17% thinner crown, allowing more discretionary mass to be relocated low and deep where it contributes to the club’s outstanding stability. The rear portion of the Titleist Driver 910D2 crown has been redesigned, sloping lower than the crown of its 909 predecessor. This change pushes the CG lower and deeper. Coupled with the thinner crown and lower crown profile, the relocation of the proprietary bezel weight lower and deeper into the chassis of the Titleist Driver 910D2, and on-axis with relation to the center of the clubface, optimizes the CG location for increased speed and stability. Sound is a crucial component of feel and the Titleist Driver 910D2 have been acoustically engineered to improve feel and produce a hotter, more solid sound off the club face that tour players have described as “lively.” With the design of precision fixtures and improved manufacturing processes, Titleist Drivers 910D2 are produced with unequalled visual and mechanical consistency. In fact, the loft and lie production tolerances set for 910 drivers are twice as tight as industry norms. The performance advancements of the Titleist Drivers 910D2 are complemented by the club’s striking black PVD paint finish. White scorelines provide an attractive set-up appearance that breeds confidence.
