Product Description
The Nike SQ Dymo range of fairway woods is aimed at the golfer who wants his club to look more like a fairyway wood than a driver. With club head size on the increase in the search for forgiveness through increased MOI a trade off in the performance of a larger head with respect to it’s interaction with the ground and therefore quality of strike has challenged designers. Nike’s team of engineers have overcome this problem with a revolutionalry sole design in the SQ Dymo range to minimise turf contact at impact whilst maintaining the MOI benefits of a larger head. The Quad Keel sole has four different quadrants to ensure golfers can make a clean contact from every type of lie.
Sq Dymo Fairway 2009
The new Quad Keel Sole of the SQ DYMO Fairway Woods angles four critical sole quadrants to minimize interaction with the ground and to help hit straighter and longer shots.
* Quad Keel Sole
Four separate quadrants on the sole minimize interaction with the turf at impact, making it easier to:
1. Get the ball in the air from any lie;
2. Control the head through the impact zone;
3. Hit it straighter and farther with confidence.
* Square or Round Geometry
Square geometry delivers exceptional stability and control. Weight positioned to the corners moves the center of gravity (CG) back, resulting in easy power that is straight and long. Round geometry highlights the players need for precision. The CG placement, combined with the “softer” Quad Keel design, delivers workable performance.
* UST Wide B ody Shaft Design with AXIV Core
Power through speed and stability. Twenty percent larger diameter throughout the body maintains shaft stability at impact. AXIV Core material in the tip section for power.
* New SQ Grips
Designed for maximum grip on the top half, and fantastic feel on the bottom, these grips will give you control and power shot after shot.
